Overnight Scuba Diving Trips
Because I am a professional scuba diver, Isometimes get asked what are my favourite dive sites. Here they are as I rate them.
1. The Maldives
The best way to experience this island paradise is on a live-aboard dive cruise: you can do up to four dives each day and it works out good value. From April until September you are pretty much guaranteed to see manta rays but they are there all year round. North Male Island and South Ari atoll provide reliably good diving around the atoll walls, with good and schooling game species as well as all the small colourful marine life you expect to see. The Maldives undoubtedly has the best all-round diving in the Indian Ocean, and to me the journey starts the moment I get picked up from the airport for a speedboat ride to the dive boat.
2.Yongala Wreck, Australia
